Phial does not collect, store, or transmit personal information to HuzanoTech servers. Game progress, best moves, and skin preferences are saved only on your device using iOS system storage.

Phial displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized or contextual ads, subject to your App Tracking Transparency consent choice on iOS 14.5+.

• If you allow tracking, AdMob may use your device advertising ID for interest-based ads.
• If you deny tracking, AdMob serves non-personalized ads. No IDFA is shared by Phial.

The Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit. Phial receives only a confirmation that the purchase was completed. Payment information is not transmitted to or stored by Phial.

Phial does not use third-party analytics SDKs such as Firebase, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.

Phial is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising in Phial is filtered to comply with COPPA and Google's Families Policy.

If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
